How to make blueberry muffins

I have a recipe pack called ‘Kids’ Kitchen’ and I love using their recipe cards. Here are the delicious blueberry muffins. I have made changes as I didn’t use poppy seeds and I added more blueberries and a dash more milk.

So here is how mine turned out. Please contact me I would love to hear your opinions!

Here is the recipe:

300g of self-raising flour

100g of caster sugar

175ml of milk

125ml vegetable oil

1 egg

150g blueberries

This recipe should make 12 muffins, fill the muffin cases about half way full and you will be surprised how big they get.

Bake for 20-25 mins oven temp 375°f, 170°c, gas mark 5
